The energy feedback device comprehensively judges whether there is a train in the regenerative braking state on the DC power grid based on the detection signals of various sensors. Once it is confirmed that the train is in the regenerative braking state and needs to absorb energy, the system starts the absorption process. The energy feedback device converts the energy generated during locomotive braking into AC400V voltage, automatically tracks the AC400V bus voltage, and supplies power to the load. The regenerated energy is consumed on the electrical equipment or transmitted back to the 35kV/10kV power grid through an isolation transformer. In the DC traction power supply system, the regenerative braking energy absorption device is a subsystem engineering, and its role is related to the stability of the system.
